Summary

Aging water heaters can leave a home without reliable hot water and take up valuable space. We were called to replace an old system with a modern, wall-mounted gas tankless heater for a homeowner in Montréal.

The Work

Removed the previous water heater, prepared the installation area, and protected existing finishes
Installed a Navien NPE-240A2 gas tankless water heater, wall-mounted for space efficiency
Connected the unit to the existing piping and integrated a Calefactio CS6 neutralizer
Performed start-up procedures and verified system operation

The Outcome

The new tankless water heater provides on-demand hot water while freeing up floor space. The advanced unit offers energy savings and improved reliability for daily household needs.
